1. Full payment must be rendered prior to beginning a project. Payment may be made via Paypal, or Ko-Fi.2. No artwork is allowed to be utilized for NFT's, nor to be used as training data for AI/LLMs.3. I retain the right to display and promote all artwork within my portfolio and through my social media posts.4. Clients cannot claim ownership, edit, or profit from the artwork.5. Commercial work subject to additional terms and a contract in place.6. I am committed to your project. If I am unable to complete your project, you are entitled to a full refund.7. Communication conducted via e-mail or DM. Updates will be provided regularly throughout project duration at a weekly minimum.
